This is a stereo volume unit (VU) meter for audio equipment. You will love it because besides being useful it also looks great! The circuit senses audio levels and drives 20 LEDs on 2 bar-graphs, providing a 2 -channel (stereo) logarithmic 3 dB/step analog display. The circuit has high input inpedance and it is able to accept any signal level.
You can Do It Yourself: A 5-channel IR remote control system (transmitter & receiver). The system uses the RC5 transmitting protocol which is probably the most used by hobbyists. The remote control transmitter is based on a PIC12F617 microcontroller and the receiver is based on the popular PIC16F84A.
We proudly present a simple project about making a wireless microphone at home. It can be used as a spy gadget by broadcasting audio picked from a room you leave that microphone in. We wish you to have a lot of fun with this miniature FM transmitter!
